Backwards of the song...the day after Christmas, Ryan lost his front tooth! (and no, I couldn't be bothered to wash his face before I took the picture...that's just the kind of GREAT mom that I am!)

Christmas was...not exciting...but we had a nice day and the kids were happy so it was all good!

Less Than 24 Hours Old...

...Preston's brand new pair of pants. R.I.P.
That same day, his glasses...less than 2 months old...also bit the dust. His lense fell out (for about the 5th time) but this time got lost on the bus. *sigh*

Hope

Sorry about the blurry picture...but it's the best picture I have of how tiny she was!
Too bad I don't have teh kitteh caption skillz to make these pictures more entertaining.

Our New Baby

Last, but not least...in November (the day before Thanksgiving), I got a bee in my bonnet and went to the Humane Society and got us a kitty!  It wasn't exactly on a whim...I had been playing around with the idea for awhile...but the decision to actually do it was a little spur of the moment!

Her name is Hope and we all love her...ESPECIALLY (surprise!) David!
Special thanks to Kathie...not only for watching our kids while we were in Hawaii...but for the kitty/kid training they got while they were at her house!

Random Matching

I got home from Hawaii and drove to Thatcher that night for Gina's wedding reception.  It was an outdoor reception (at night), so I didn't get any good pictures...but I did get a picture of me and Amber and our unplanned coordinated outfits!
